CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS

Cancellations must be made at the Translux Agency, where the ticket was bought.

If your bus ticket was purchased in another way, it is necessary to make this cancellation at Translux Reservation Office.

Travellers who want for refunds must do this until 48 hours of the departure time.

Refunds will not be allowed if it requested after the departure time.

Children Free Bus Tickets 

Children under three years old travel for free, but they cannot be occupying a seat.

It's necessary to show their identification, before boarding on the Translux Bus.

Passengers who travel with more than one child younger than three years old will pay the rates for three to eleven years category.

For children, over 12 years old the fare is the same as an adult.

Online Discount

Purchase made via Translux website can get 5% off on your return bus ticket.

Senior Citizens Discounts

Passengers who have 60 years older or more, can get a 10% off in your Translux Bus Ticket. 

But it's required present ID or Passport showing birth date, before buy and boarding on the coach.

TRANSLUX LUGGAGE RULES

Every Translux passengers are allowed to carry on one suitcase for free.

But this luggage not exceeding 30 kilogrammes in weight or 80x60x30cm in size.

In a case of cross-border services, it is allowed a luggage with 50 kilogrammes.

All luggage that is exceeding this rule must be taxed in an extra charge per kilo. Every Translux passengers are authorised to carry on one suitcase for free.

But this luggage not exceeding 30 kilogrammes in weight or 80x60x30cm in size.

In a case of cross-border services, it is allowed luggage with 50 kilogrammes.

Pregnant Passengers

All pregnant travellers that are over 35 weeks need to present a medical certificate proving that they can travel.

In a case risk pregnancy, the pregnant passenger must present a doctor's certificate, independent of stage of gestation.

Translux does not permit animals inside the bus, except trained guide dog guiding a visually impaired person.

Documents Required for your Bus Travel

Travellers must guarantee that they are in possession of valid travel documents. 

If it is a domestic bus travel and the passenger is local, it is necessary that have an I.D. 

In a case of International Bus Travel, the passenger must have a valid passport and the required visas for all journeys. 

Boarding on Translux Bus

All travellers must be at the departure points at least 30 minutes before the travel time, according to the bus ticket.

It may take some minutes to dispatch luggage and finish boarding process.
