CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

All travellers have the right to cancel their booked reservation, before the departure time.

There is a cancellation fee, which will not exceed 20% of ticket price.

The passengers can request a booking for the next available bus on the same route, as the initial ticket. 

In this case, how the bus ticket was re-booked, the cancellation fee will be set aside.

If the new bus ticket is more expensive than the old one, passengers must pay the difference between them.

Rebookings may be made at Greyhound Offices, by the Customer Care phone or any authorised travel agency.

Children Free Tickets and Discounts

Children under two years old travel for free, but they are not allowed to use a seat.

Bus tickets for children between two and 11 years old, must have a discount of 15% off.

For children over 12 years old the fare is the same as an adult.

The Web Special Discount

This 10% off is available for everyone who books a bus ticket via Citiliner's website. 

But it is necessary to use a South African Credit Card.

CITILINER LUGGAGE RULES

Every Citiliner passengers are allowed to carry on until two suitcases for free.

But this baggage cannot exceed 30 kilogrammes in weight or 80x60x30cm in size.

Citiliner can refuse all suitcases that do not fit in this rules.

Pets on Bus

Citiliner does not allow animals inside the bus.

Except trained guide dog guiding a visually impaired person.
