CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS

Cancellations must be made at the City to City Agency, where the passenger bought the bus ticket. 

If your bus ticket was purchased in a different way, like online, to cancel this bus ticket and get refunded it's necessary to call City to City Client Services phone: 011 774 8304 

Passengers who want your money back must request this until 48 hours of the departure time.

Refunds will not be allowed if it requested after the departure time.

Children Free Bus Tickets 

Children younger than three years old travel for free, but they cannot be occupying a seat.
